My first time ordering unfortunately had a manufacturing default on one Chelsea so I can’t comment on that one but customer service got back to me quickly for a refund. The brown Chelsea was a beautiful colour but the lace isn’t easy to blend even with melting spray and the cap is quite small so the lace edge is above my ears and doesn’t look natural and the adjustment band isn’t the same one I’ve seen on TikTok, there’s no non-slip and gets in the way when trying to lay the lace above my ears, the band just pings off so it’s easier to forgo it entirely. It sucks as I paid a lot of money but I’ve been able to get better quality on cheaper sites.
Hair anatomy always slay the game! All the wigs look and feel like human hair! Everyone at work was shocked when I said I was wearing a wig! Thank you again to Dom and the team!
