How long before I receive my order?

Will I need to pay customs charges if I am based outside of UK mainland?

For international customers including those in the EU, you may incur an additional customs or import duty charges and this could also result in a delay to your delivery. 

We have no control over these charges or delays as customs policies can vary from country to country so please check your countries importing fees and policies before placing your order as you will be liable for any additional fees, charges or delays. 

Any fees levied are payable at your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

First of all, check you have received your order dispatch confirmation email and also allow for estimated delivery times to elapse before contacting us. If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email us at

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Deliveries are usually made between Mondays to Fridays during working hours unless specified. If you are not available, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

How do I return/exchange my order?
